PRESS RELEASE

PIL, together with COSCO, Evergreen, KLine and MOL is pleased to announce that two enhanced Far East South Africa services will be launched. The enhanced services will be branded as Far East Africa Express Service (FAX) and Asia South Africa Service (ASA), separately covering Central and South China to South Africa. The two services will provide better coverage and improved transit time for our customers.

Details of the new services are as follows:

FAX
Port Rotation: Shanghai -- Ningbo -- Keelung -- Singapore -- Durban -- Singapore -- Shanghai
(Commencement date : 15th of October ETA Shanghai)

ASA
Port Rotation: Kaohsiung -- Xiamen -- Hong Kong -- Shekou -- Singapore -- Port Kelang -- Durban -- Cape Town -- Port Kelang -- Singapore -- Kaohsiung
(Commencement date : 9th of October ETA Kaohsiung)
