PIL is pleased to announce that PIL Logistics Egypt has started its operations from 1st April 2016.

The facility has a total area of over 18900 sq.m and accommodates a 10.5m tall ambient store of 9884 sq.m (attached to a 1915 sq.m mezzanine floor) and a temperature controlled store of 1467 sq.m.

The Mezzanine floor is outfitted with cargo lift access and has a clear height of 6m to perform the pick & pack function.

PIL Logistics Egypt offers warehousing, distribution, inventory management, pick & pack, quality inspection and order fulfillment services. The warehouse also hosts temperature-controlled storage facilities that are capable of reaching temperatures as low as -5 degrees Celsius. The facility is also equipped with state-of-the-art security, surveillance and fire safety systems.

The company’s current clientele includes Mondelez (Kraft), LG and Philips.

The establishment of PIL Logistics Egypt will strengthen PIL’s array of offerings and aid to diversify its businesses.
