REDEMPTION OF THE REMAINING S$130,000,000 7.25 PER CENT NOTES DUE 2018 (ISIN: SG6ZI3000002) (THE "2018 NOTES") ISSUED UNDER THE S$1,000,000,000 MULTICURRENCY MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME ESTABLISHED BY PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL LINES (PRIVATE) LIMITED

Pacific International Lines (Private) Limited is pleased to announce that it has redeemed the remaining aggregate principal amount of S$97,000,000 (“Remaining Notes”) of the 2018 Notes in full today, being the maturity date of the 2018 Notes.

Following the redemption in full of the Remaining Notes, the Remaining Notes shall be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the 2018 Notes.
