SERVICE PROVIDERS/DEPOTS/TERMINALS eINVOICE PORTAL

LMS eInvoice Portal is a web based application which allow Service Providers/Depots/Terminals to submit their invoices directly to our system without going thru our local offices for manual input.

LMS eInovice Portal is designed to provide a simple, an easy way to interface with our system and a one-stop portal for Service Providers/Depots/Terminals to input their Invoice details (Payments in Progress, Paid) and get the data transferred on-time.

  • It is a single source of data-input.
  • One standard EDI (EXCEL) file for Invoice Upload function, with valid data only.
  • Improve operational efficiency in creating the Invoices.
  • Nil / Less manual transmission of Invoice details to local offices.
  • Reduced communication between Service Providers/Depots/Terminals and local offices.
  • Our local offices do not have to create the Invoices on behalf of Service Providers/Depots/Terminals.

It aims to reduce the latency in manual update operation, improve the accuracy and up-to-date information of the invoices to our system.
